🚨 All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we have an all sales are final policy. There are no returns, no refunds, or no exchanges. Please be advised that all sales made through our online store are final.

We do not accept returns unless specifically approved. In rare cases where a return or cancellation is granted, a 10% processing fee will apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for minor packaging flaws, including:

• 📦 Box dings or scuffs

• 🎁 Imperfections in sealed packaging

These issues are common and do not qualify for return or refund.

🚫 "No Shrink" Policy

For “No Shrink” items (boxes sold without factory seal), refund requests will only be considered with proper video proof:

🎥 A continuous video recording from unsealing to pack opening
👀 Packs must remain in full camera view
🕒 Include timestamp, your name, and order number

“No Shrink” boxes are not eligible for return due to cosmetic damage or denting.
