All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
⚠️ Important: The shipping method you select (e.g., USPS Priority) applies only after your order has been handed off to the carrier. It does not speed up our processing time.

✉️ Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update after shipment.
💸 Duties, Taxes, and Fees
Bunny Emporium is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during or after shipping. These are the customer’s responsibility.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed to USPS or UPS, ownership and responsibility transfer to you, the customer.
We are not liable for:
