📍 Domestic Shipping Policy

🕒 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

⚠️ Important: The shipping method you select (e.g., USPS Priority) applies only after your order has been handed off to the carrier. It does not speed up our processing time.

📮 Shipping to P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to:

  • All U.S. states

  • U.S. Territories

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

✉️ Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update after shipment.

💸 Duties, Taxes, and Fees

Bunny Emporium is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during or after shipping. These are the customer’s responsibility.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed to USPS or UPS, ownership and responsibility transfer to you, the customer.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages held by the shipping carrier

  • Any damage caused during transit
